2024: A Year of Organic Growth and Abundant Success at Chelan Ranch

2024 Chelan Ranch highlights because this past year was full of milestones, fruitful harvests, and meaningful connections. As stewards of the land in beautiful Chelan, Washington, we remain dedicated to organic farming, sustainability, and providing our customers with fresh, nutrient-rich fruit straight from our orchards to your homes. Here’s a look at some of our proudest moments this year.

1. Farm Stays Thrived with Hipcamp Bookings

This year, our farm stay program was a resounding success. Thanks to our partnership with Hipcamp, we saw bookings fill up quickly, especially on popular summer weekends. Visitors enjoyed the natural beauty of Chelan Ranch, relaxing in our orchards, and reconnecting with nature.

The positive feedback we received inspires us to continue offering unique, tranquil getaways for families, couples, and solo travelers.

2. Beautiful Weddings Hosted at Our Scenic Venue

2024 brought unforgettable celebrations to Chelan Ranch as we hosted several beautiful weddings at our panoramic venue. With stunning views of Lake Chelan and the Cascade Mountains, couples and their families made lifelong memories in an enchanting outdoor setting.

Rodolfo and crew built a beautiful fence surrounding the Venue for the 2024 season. We look forward to our talented crew constructing the ranch arch displaying our venue name and hosting even more weddings in 2025—the calendar is already filling up!

3. Opening Our Farm Store Daily

A huge milestone this year was the daily opening of our farm store, which was made possible by hiring our fabulous Graciela!

Graciela was available to guide customers in picking fresh produce for a scenic on-farm experience. Every day, visitors brought home fresh, organic, farm-grown products. Word of mouth spread, and the response to our farm and Graciela was successful!

Exciting New Products:

• Farm Fresh Eggs: Launched this year, they were an instant hit with our customers.
• Local Honey: Our honey became another favorite farm product at Chelan Ranch.
• Kombucha: Hopefully, launching next year.

4. Freeze-Dried Fruit in Prominent Retailers

Our freeze-dried fruit products took a significant leap forward in 2024! Through wholesale partnerships with prominent retailers, including Erewhon, our organic, nutrient-rich snacks reached more customers than ever before. Odaliz joined our team this year as our Sales, Marketing, and Product Development Specialist. Her enthusiasm and energy are blazing our trail forward.

The demand for healthy, on-the-go snacks continues to grow, and we are proud to provide an option that reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability.

5. Online Gifting Reached New Heights

We saw tremendous growth in our online gifting program, with more corporate orders than any year prior. Businesses and families embraced the opportunity to “spread the love” with our organic fruit gift boxes. Eduardo and Lupe work hard behind the scenes, fulfilling orders. Their dedication and attention to detail are the reason our system is successful.

From holiday gifts to corporate thank-yous, Chelan Ranch’s farm-fresh products made their way to homes and offices nationwide.

6. Increased Presence at Farmer’s Markets

This year, we strengthened our commitment to the community by increasing our presence at local farmer’s markets. Paige’s passionate weekly efforts paid off with significant growth as more customers discovered and fell in love with Chelan Ranch products. One of her specialties was an organic lavender lemonade she made from scratch. On hot afternoons, her beverage quenched many parched throats and caused lots of interest in our organic products.

7. Launching Diamondback Excavation, LLC

2024 marked the launch of our newest venture: Diamondback Excavation, LLC. This new company has already shown great potential and growth as we provide excavation and hauling services in the Chelan area.

We are excited about Carlos and his trucking skills, which have provided opportunities for this new business. Rodolfo’s excavator skills will allow us to expand our commitment to serving our local community.

Looking Ahead to 2025

As we reflect on an incredible year, we’re already looking forward to exciting new opportunities in 2024, including:

• Expanding our freeze-dried product line with new distributors and retailers nationwide.
• Growing our farm store offerings with even more local products.
• Hosting more weddings, farm stays, and community events at Chelan Ranch.
• Continuing to grow Diamondback Excavation to meet local needs.
