- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Prepare the Batter:
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Make the Cinnamon Sugar Swirl:
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
- Assemble the Bread:
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter on top and finish with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
