Bluebird Grain Farms
Bluebird Grain Farms is a local farm in Winthrop, Washington. I ordered their organic cracked farro porridge and the package arrived in two days with a recipe from a registered dietitian for a new dish that I want to try.
Bill and I tried the hot porridge, which had a sweet nutty flavor and wonderful texture that even Bill liked! It has more protein than steel-cut oats. This is my new favorite with blueberries, nuts, and yogurt!
